DISTANCE Shamanic Reiki Sessions are NOT completed in person or by phone. Sarah completes your sessions by going into a deep trance-like, meditative state where she is able to journey to alternate realms in the Spirit world. Once there, Sarah records your session in an MP3 audio file which is sent within 24 hours AFTER your scheduled time via Google Drive.
